Brekkie 7.30am – 11.45am

  • Free range eggs (scram or poached) with homemade bread and grilled tomato with either salmon, bacon or avo
  • Avo smash, sourdough rye, salmon gravlax with poached eggs and hollandaise
  • Omelette with bacon, mature cheddar, tomato and basil pesto
  • BRT with mozzarella, rocket, bacon, mayo and tomato on toasted croissant
  • French toast with blueberries and bacon with mascarpone
  • Avo on toast with flaxseed
  • Anchovies with real anchovies, pesto and fresh tomato
  • Raw energy bowl – almond butter, banana, apple, dates, flaxseeds, honey, coconut milk
  • Summer berries with yoghurt and honey
  • Granola bowl with granola, fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt and honey
